Terrible experience! I booked a Mercedes C, but they gave me an A. After a heated argument, they provided a GLB. Shortly after driving off, I noticed tire pressure issues (photo as evidence). I had to refill air during the trip. When returning the car, I simply dropped the key off as I was rushing to catch a flight. Later, I received an incident report claiming I lost a tire valve core (this was disproven with video evidence, and the report was deleted). The focus was on the same tire with the pressure issue, alleging there was a 1cm cut. I had no choice but to accept the blame. Absolutely awful.
When returning the car, there was a small tear in the tire. The staff wanted to withhold the deposit, but after negotiation, they consulted the manager. The manager said they would waive it if I wrote a good review online.
The rental company said they would refund the deposit of 500 pounds after I returned the car, but I received a charge instead. It has been returned, but no refund yet. The customer service of Zuzuche said they would check for me. It's a very bad experience. Now I have to constantly monitor my £500. It's so frustrating and unreliable.
