El coche tenía muchos golpes de chapa y arañazos pero estaban todos apuntados en la hoja de entrega del vehículo. Tenía el aviso de "cambio de aceite motor necesario" en la pantalla y el personal de Goldcar me dijo que no pasaba nada; esto no me gustó, no me da seguridad sobre el mantenimiento que ha llevado el vehículo. Con 88.882 km el coche estaba bastante machacado, la dirección se notaba con alguna holgura... Además la reserva era para un Q2 o categoría similar y me ofrecieron un Ford Puma (el que cogí) o un Fiat.... Son del mismo tamaño pero no es la categoría de Audi.

Interesante aplicación, en mi próximo alquiler seguramente la vuelva a usar.
Car was dirty (but you can return dirty as well - so no problem).
Its really hard to find pickup point on Cagliari airport.
Instead of Fiat 500 we received Pegueot 208 (its still the same car class).
Please remember to check vehicle condition because not all of scratches, dents and windscreen dents was included in car documentation prepared by the rental company.

Counter lady was quite rude. Tried to sell me more insurance. Told me I couldn't possibly have insurance as they own the cars so how could anyone else insure them! when she realised I wan't buying more insurance she almost threw the keys at me. Did't tell me where or how to collect car. Pisa airport rental cars are either a bus ride or long walk to collect. She gave me no information and I had to find all this out myself. Appalling service.

There was one scratch on the front bumper of the car that was not very visible unless you looked very closely underneath. I did not have any collision (that I know of) during my rental, but Goldcar decided to charge me ~250 Euro anyway. There is no way that this scratch would cost this much to repair; I have experience in collision repair and it was a touch up job.
