Rented the car at the airport, discovered after two hours that the door could still be opened even when locked. Had to return to the airport, wasting four hours in total. Requested Hertz to extend our return time but was refused.
The attitude during pick-up and drop-off was excellent, especially during the return. They even told me where gas was expensive and directed me to a station with a normal price. Truly outstanding service.
For someone like me who can only speak a few words of English, the company's service was excellent! Very trustworthy!
