It was hard to find the car as it was located near pillar 58, and returning the car was even more difficult. You have to rely on road signs and can't fully trust the navigation. My phone fell off in the car, and when I went back to email them about it being lost, they couldn't find it either.
It took over an hour to process the paperwork because there were so many people in line, yet only three staff members. Even worse, picking up the car took another hour. We had a lot of luggage, so we upgraded to a larger vehicle, but they gave us an old Ford that didn't match the pictures at all. It had over 50,000 miles and an oil warning light was on. Complaining didn't help, we'll never use this company again.
Pick-up was very convenient, and the car's condition was good. It was an unforgettable car rental experience.
