The overall experience of picking up and returning the car was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, explained everything in great detail, and shared some useful tips for driving locally.
Some of the small cars were a little banged up or missing hubcaps. On the exterior, ours was fine, but they left trash in the back floorboard! I guess we got what we paid for.
