Terrible check in process in a very hot warehouse a few km outside the airport. Car was in good condition and very clean, no issues. Difficult to find the shuttle bus pick up location

This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.

Thanks to the helpful assistance of QEEQ customer service, my issue has been resolved satisfactorily. The compensation for my loss is a testament to their commitment to customer service.
A very strange company. The car wasn't full of fuel when rented, they gave me a very difficult car to drive instead of the Polo I booked. After negotiation, they replaced it with a Fiat 500. I think they play a trick with the fuel - the car isn't full when rented, they charge high fuel fees, and when you return it, you usually top it up, but you don't get refunded for the extra fuel. This is the last time I'm renting from this company.
I originally booked a Ford, but all available cars at pickup were Fiats, which could not accommodate our luggage. We had to rent another car, which increased our costs. This is a new small company with no chain stores, so the flexibility in adjusting car models is limited. However, the staff were quite responsible.
