The people waiting for me that oriented to the shuttle was not at the time and also was not identifying himself by being from the company. So we waited more than 1 hour.
Excellent service by the staff in Heraklion; they delivered the car to our hotel.
Unfortunately the vehicle was not so good; air conditioning barely worked and the vehicle was very tired, should be replaced by a newer model.
Welcome were not very kind both time.
The oil for the engine was critically low, we could have blown up the car engine. And they made us pay for the oil.
I will never book surprice rent a car again, and I will pass the message.
We were upgraded to a larger car. It was dark so we could not check the bodywork with confidence, so checked it the next day in daylight and found minor dents from previous users. I photographed them and sent them to Surprice who replied promptly with thanks and confirmation that we would not be affected.
Upon return, staff were gushingly helpful and pleasant.
