Long wait for car pick up. Not navigation or toddler car seat available. Jerusalem stuff was not friendly with giving directions since we didn't have navigation when leaving. Drop off was easy and very friendly at TLV airport.
I had to wait a long time (an hour) for a car even though I had made a reservation. And they wouldn't give me an upgrade. The car I got wasn't serviced had an empty tank of gas and was very dirty.
The wait was very long. The car was very hard to drive, every incline however slight caused the car to strain in order to climb it
