Was a nice clean car. Got a 2019 KIA Soul which was unexpected but a great little car. Very comfortable had lots of tech and great on fuel. Counter staff were polite and helpful, so was the guy who took me to and inspected the car with me. The price was phenominal. I got full insurance and it worked out to less than $30 a day. I've seen people complain in reviews but I had a great experience. Also I'm more than willing to drive a little further and wait a little bit to get my car for such a great deal. I will definitely use Routes again when I rent a car.

Every time the model I reserved is different from the one I actually get. If it will definitely be different, why let us choose the model? This is the biggest dissatisfaction!
Wasn't a Corrola but a equivalent KIA. That was frustrating.
It is 5 days now and they didn't reimburse the security deposit yet. Security deposit is also very high (500 CAD).
We rented a Jeep Wrangler to drive up to whistler and had a great experience with Routes. They had us checked in and in the car in no time and the return process was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
