Very professional company. They have dedicated staff to guide you through the machine registration process for renting a car. The condition of the car was good, and the procedure was quick.
Upon reaching our destination, the staff mentioned that the insurance purchased through Zuzuche only covers basic incidents. In case of accidents involving injury to others, medical expenses are not covered, and we needed to buy an additional insurance which was almost as expensive as the rental itself. For safety, we had to purchase the extra insurance. Originally priced at 180 USD, it ended up costing 291 USD at checkout.
