The order page said there was Chinese customer service, but there wasn't. Also, the insurance is too expensive. A three-day car rental costs over 1,600 baht, but the insurance alone costs over 1,000 baht. Altogether, it's over 2,000 baht. I didn't want to buy the insurance because it's too expensive, but since there was no Chinese customer service, communication was difficult, so I just went with it.
I was told to return the car to arrival hall before 1 hour I reach the airport. however, after I got there, the staff told me to go departure hall to return the car.
