excellent service, brand new vehicle at an unbelievable price.

The car was not in great shape. There was residue from stickers all over the car and the side windows. The interior could have been cleaner. Counter staff was not friendly and difficult to understand. The Routes service location was dirty, in poor repair and garbage was strewn all over the ground while staff were sitting around. Not a great impression or great experience.

The waiting time took quite a while, but the pick up process was straight forward. My only feedback was that the cleanliness of the vehicle was subpar and I had called to complain about this. I called 5 times about the dog fur that was not cleaned up, and Amrit (customer service) said she would pass on my message to the manager and that they would call me back. I never got a call back, and had my allergy symptoms throughout the rental because of the unclean car / dog fur.

They will try to get money in every way possible. Everyone was angry. Shuttle system do not work at all. Feel like a scam.

The car was fine. The radio wasn’t very good, but it was clean and ran fine. The wait to pick it up was over an hour once the shuttle dropped me off. You cannot use a debit card or cash for the $500-$1000 deposit. They also do not accept discover card. Read the fine print and you probably won’t have an issue.

Booking was fine and I was auto rebooked to save a few more dollars. Overall, it was good, but the rental company mentioned that they are. It fans of 3rd party booking.

Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
