We had guaranteed concrete model, but did received a different car. When asked about it they didn't try to resolve it in any way.
When asked when the ordered car could be available they said in a month. Probably to just get rid of us.
They claimed to have Chinese-speaking staff, but there were none. Also, no one was holding a sign for us at the airport on time. I had to run back and forth by myself for a long time.

Spend quite a while to find the counter at the airport. There should be proper signage to show the direction. We get to find out from staff of Times car rental that we need to walk 10min to the Domestic airport where the counter 10 is located, and where we will be drove to the car company over a 15min free shuttle.
