Car was adequate for our trip. No problems with counter staff very courteous. Had problems finding the drop off location, street name not the same as given instructions. Otherwise it was a good experience.

“My worst of 3 in 6 weeks”

Poor CS on pick up with endless hassle to get the car as a local hirer. Seemed focused on selling add ons and to foreign travelers only. Jetta should be medium saloon car not a compact. Had to let family travel by foot in order to transport luggage

Good and clean car! BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation

Took far to long to pick up car waited in line for over 40 mins, then had to wait for the car there was 4 people in front car was not cleaned inside or outside, windscreen was very smeary on the inside had to stop to get it cleaned
