There was quite a long delay picking up the car so the guys kindly gave us a free upgrade. The car was excellent and great value. I recommend Green Motion to others looking to rent.
I am convinced Green Motion is involved in Organized fraud and cheating. I was charged PLN 2818.76 for very minor crack on screen but refused to give invoice. I protested but duty officer told that I will get invoice in my email. My flight was close and I had no choice but to go. Now 21 days passed I didn't get invoice. I called Katowice airport company office but no use. I am convinced company is doing same to every customer who rent a car without full insurance as crack is so minor that most people can't recognize the crack on pick up. I don't see any other reason except fraud for not providing the invoice for the money which company already received from me. I bought a third party Excess reimbursable insurance which I am afraid, I may not get.

Car was dropped at night without checking for any damage with me. Had to trust they dont purposly look for silly damage without letting me be with them and discuss that. Apart from that everything was fine
The counter staff were generally useful, but not very enthusiastic. The car came with the baby car seat not attached. I was told I will need to clean the vehicle before checkout or face additional charges, but this was not the case when returning the vehicle (mine was a little dusty, from normal use).
On checkout, the shuttle van driver was not very helpful, took forever to help us get in the car and initially did not want to help install the baby car seat for us, claiming the law requires I install it, which would’ve taken a few additional minutes as not all baby car seats are the same.
I have just been in contact with Green Motion Katowice Airport -Poland to discuss few issues I have come across renting car through this franchisee.
To begin with after I have returned the car on Saturday 26th January, I’ve received an email that apparently I am responsible for scratches on the roof, rear left door and front right door. Total charge for the damage is 1073,60 Euros. I have received photographs of the damages, however, none of the photographs has date and time stamp, which could be taken at any point in time. When I raised it with the staff at GM Katowice he suggested to go into setting which obviously does not work as it shows me time when I downloaded the photos.
The scratches looks as if they were made by automatic wash, parking a car at the property not a communal or street parking it’s impossible to make such a scratches, especially on the roof.
I was collecting the car in the middle of the night when the car still had a frost on, therefore unable to point more damages/scratches.
Second issue that I had was no windscreen wash, which I only realised driving down the motorway in Poland. Clearly the car was not serviced. I have purchased it myself to make sure I can travel safely. As somebody could imagine driving with dirty windscreen isn’t particularly safe especially during winter time.
Third issue was that the car was not cleaned inside. I have paid 10 euros for an option of returning a car without cleaning not for an option of receiving a car that wasn’t cleaned. I have made this clear to the staff at Katowice airport who suggested that this is not what I have paid for, therefore I assume I should not be expecting clean car anyway.
I deeply regret not washing the car myself as now it turns out that I am the one responsible for the damages that have occurred after I have returned it.
