The staff at the store were very friendly. The car we initially received had a damaged door that hadn't been repaired. We requested a change, and the rental company provided a new car, which was very satisfying.
Excellent service. They provided a brand-new car with no additional charges throughout the process. Both pickup and drop-off were very quick and efficient, completing all procedures in just a few minutes without unnecessary talk.
Very efficient and quite good. The only dissatisfaction was that they closed 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, which I guess is just a Moroccan peculiarity.
The car pickup point is conveniently located just to the right after exiting the airport. This time, I was lucky to get a brand new MG3, which had only been driven for less than 70 kilometers. The pickup process was very simple, I just had to swipe the pre-authorization and sign to get the car. There was no pressure to buy additional insurance, but the car had an empty fuel tank, which made me a bit anxious upon leaving the airport. We drove approximately 2200 kilometers over the course of 20 days. The drop-off process was also quick, requiring staff to cancel the pre-authorization on the credit card.
