Subsequently, they assigned me a car in poor condition—the steering wheel was shaking. When I returned the car, staff even asked if I was returning it or exchanging it.
The worst car condition I've encountered from Avis in all these years! I got a Kia K5 with 30,000 miles, which is quite high for a rental car. The space was fine, but the car's condition was terrible. The air conditioning made annoying noises, and the right rear door couldn't be opened from the inside (discovered this after I left, didn't feel like going back to the company). The worst part! No idea why Avis didn't check this properly. I had to keep inflating the tire at gas stations for a few days. Finally, driving a Kia feels really bad, although it is fuel-efficient.
I bought basic third-party insurance on Zuzuche, which might not be high enough. The agent insisted that I buy additional third-party insurance, claiming it was mandatory. He should have been able to see what insurance I bought on Zuzuche. This Mazda 6 shakes a lot.
