The contract was clear - pick up the car with a full tank of gas. However, when I drove off, I found only half a tank. I returned the car with 3/4 of a tank, but they didn't refund me the difference.
Overall, it's okay. But the car pickup experience was not so great. I originally reserved a Mercedes E-Class, but when I arrived, the only option was a Haval Mocha. What's the deal with that? How can these two cars be considered the same class? To get the E-Class, I was told I'd have to pay an additional 120 euros (I rented for 6 days). Isn't this essentially a price hike? On the bright side, the Haval Mocha had only 2,700 kilometers on it, so it was practically a brand-new car. That part was good. But SUVs consume so much fuel!
