Pick-up Instructions

To reach our rental office at Florence airport, please exit the terminal and wait for the free shuttle bus which will take you to the rent-a-car building in front of the car park in Via Palagio Degli Spini in just a few minutes.

Drop-off Instructions

If you choose to return your rental car at Florence Airport in Peretola district, once you reach the airport you will need to follow the road signs pointing to the ‘Autonoleggi’ – ‘Car Rental’ area. Once in front of the car park, you will have to access the area by collecting the ticket at the entrance bar and park in the Locauto stalls. The check-in box for after-hours returns is located in front of the Locauto check-in cabin.

Excellent! I booked a Corsa but received a VW SUV T-Cross. The car was in great condition. The inspector pointed out a scratch on the right side during the check-out process. No insurance upselling, and the deposit was only one euro cent. The return inspection was also efficient and quick, unlike Noleggiare where they check even the vehicle undercarriage.
