Pick-up Instructions

Once you have arrived at your destination, exit the train and head towards the station exit. When you have left the terminal, continue walking following the signs "salida-taxi vtc" and go to street level. When you have reached the street, cross over to the building opposite and follow the signs "parking centre north". When you arrive at the "north central car park" go to the first floor. There you will find the OK Mobility Store.

Drop-off Instructions

Head towards c/ de Agustín Foxá,27, 28036, Madrid. Once at the indicated location, go in front of Chamartín Station When you are in the vicinity, enter the signposted car park and follow the OK Mobility signs until you reach the first floor Once you have parked your vehicle, take the key to the OK Mobility Store behind the parking spaces. This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.
