The ACE - Cancun International Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

If flight and contact information was provided when booking, an ACE representative will be monitoring the status of your flight and contact you upon arrival. Once you've collected your luggage, please call us to request the shuttle and for further pickup instructions: +52 998 810 3160. If you arrive to Terminal 2, please proceed to exit door #5. If you' arrive to Terminal 3 or 4, please proceed to the "Friends & Family" exit. Please do not accept help from anyone other than an ACE official representative at the Airport. We do not refund for taxi rides
