Please take the elevator inside the Venetian IHG Hotel hall to Hertz desk located at 3rd floor. After finishing the documents, proceed to 10th floor to pick up.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle to 10th floor, car park of the Venetian IHG Hotel. Return the keys to the drop box at the car park.

I don't speak English, and the rental staff didn't explain things clearly. For example: 1. Charging extra for picking up the car early (I could have waited, I just arrived early). 2. The gas tank wasn't full, and I don't know how they calculate charges. 3. The car I booked wasn't available, and they asked for an extra $100. This should be the rental company’s responsibility, why should I pay more? If a hotel doesn't have the room type I booked, wouldn't they upgrade me for free?
