Counter at G floor. Once claiming your luggage, proceed to the area until you see the huge aquarium, keep right and pass the aquarium, you will find the elevators. Go to G floor where all car rental offices are located.

Drop-off Instructions

The return place is the same as the pickup. Once you reach the airport Terminal 1 area, follow the overhead signs for "Car Rental Return." Keep left to the return car park. After entering the car park, look for the company logo and park the vehicle in the designated spot. Proceed to find our staff to complete the vehicle return check-in.

Budget at Jeddah Airport is suspected of contract fraud. The rental fee was already paid through the platform, but they charged again. Trusting Budget, I didn't carefully check the rental contract, only to realize the double charges when returning the car. Be cautious when renting from Budget at Jeddah Airport.

The vehicle broke down, and no one answered the phone when I called. The car was parked at my apartment in Jeddah, and it wouldn't start. I tried calling the rental company, but no one answered, leaving me to figure it out on my own. Luckily, there are many helpful people in Saudi Arabia. A kind person inspected the car and told me the battery was low. They drove me to buy a jumper cable set for 40 SAR. With the battery from their own car, we jump-started mine, and the issue was resolved.
