The Europcar office is located at 193 Rue de Bercy - Tour Gamma, Paris, France 75012. It is situated inside a parking garage across the street from the train station. You may proceed to the 2nd floor of the station to cross the street through a bridge, the Europcar office located at other end of the bridge.

Please obtain prior written authorization from Europcar to drive the Vehicle outside the Territory. If you are renting Van or Truck vehicles, driving out of France is not allowed. This Authorization may be given within 50 hours of Your request. In the case of electric vehicles, it will be Your responsibility to check that recharging devices are available and compatible in the countries in which You plan to travel. Drivers will be subject to cross border fees and must purchase additional mandatory insurance at the rental desk. Please contact the local rental desk for further information. Abroad (rented in France and travel abroad) : covered but a fix package fee will be charged in case of towing : 300€ The driver has the possibility to subscribe to an insurance called the EMS ( 10€/day - Max 30 days) to avoid the towing package in case of a breakdown.

I booked auto car ,but Euro car say no auto car ,only have small car or add $20per day to upgrade big car ,I rejected finally we got free upgrade but I waist 2.5 hours and find easy rent car customer services to fix it ,anyway thx easy rent car

It was quite simple without any delays. However, the staff was slow, and there were lengthy introductions. It took one and a half hours to finally drive away, which is considered quick by their standards, but still can't compare to the efficiency back home.

The overall service at the car rental location was very poor! They kept trying to upsell me to a higher-tier car at the beginning, and only stopped after I repeatedly refused. Then, they tried to sell me their insurance. Following the guidelines from the rental platform, I brought a credit card with a Visa logo and sufficient credit limit that worked in other stores, but their POS machine couldn't process the deposit. This caused me to wait on-site for four hours, severely affecting my schedule! After finally completing the paperwork, they handed me just one key and told me to find the car in the parking lot myself. The experience was mediocre. The drop-off location was okay, but when I tried to take photos, the staff stopped me, saying there was no need to worry. I don't know if there was really nothing to worry about or some other reason. Besides, the car's quality was also average. The windshield washer fluid was almost empty, running out after just two uses. On the last day, it also indicated low battery voltage. Overall, I felt it wasn't worth the money. It was a rip-off!!!
