10 ExcellentThe company's counter is at the left side of the airport exit, next to the SIM card counter. We were supposed to arrive at 9 AM, but we got there at 8 AM and the staff arrived immediately after we called, without charging us for the early pickup. During the inspection, we didn’t notice that the left side mirror was broken, but after calling the staff, they said it was fine. They charged us an extra 500 PHP for dropping the car off at the hotel, which was done efficiently. Good service, no pushy extra insurance sales.
