10 Overall ok but surprised at extra costKlass Wagen would not accept my credit card for car hire without collision coverage as it only had my first name initials- they require full first name on the card however they were happy to take payment to include the cost of the insurance which was several times more than the cost of the rental without insurance. There was also a 20 Euro charge to drop off at the airport location which was different from pick up.
