The rental company offers packages that include toll fees and insurance, which is quite suitable. It saves the trouble of car inspection, and the car provided even has a green zone permit.
Very good, much cheaper than Sixt. The car was clean, and although the one I booked wasn't available, they upgraded it to a better model. However, it seems like they charged extra for that. The total was 491 euros, while it showed 2388 yuan in the QEEQ app.
1. No physical rental contract. The electronic contract is overly complicated, making it hard to identify any damage to the car. 2. The car return process does not include on-site inspection; they only said they would send an email. 3. The deposit takes three months to be refunded, whereas other rental companies usually process it within three working days. Not recommended.
The driver picking me up refused to go to the designated Subway entrance, and I had to call several times to get him to come. It's quite far, over 15 minutes by car. The counter only had one or two staff members, and they were very slow.
You usually don't get the car you reserved. I booked a Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon but was given an Alfa Romeo. The Alfa Romeo has no other major issues, but the front bumper radar sensor is blocked by the license plate, which is not securely fixed. When driving, the license plate shakes, causing frequent false alerts. It's pretty frustrating.
The rental company did not provide the vehicle as stated in the contract. I booked a Mercedes E, but was given a Mercedes A. Upon realizing the discrepancy, I immediately returned to the counter to discuss it, only to be told that A and E are the same category. How could a luxurious mid-size sedan and a compact sedan be considered equivalent? This blatant consumer fraud caused a two-hour delay at the airport, and no satisfactory solution was offered. Helplessly, I had to take the A and leave.
The car was pretty good, but after returning the car and coming back to my home country, there was a dispute regarding the car's condition. It took nearly three months to resolve, and the appeal was successful.
⚠️ To avoid disputes, please make sure to take photos with watermarks on the day of return.
