It seems to be a personal company where individuals deliver the cars. The service is good, but the ETC rental fee is too expensive, and a deposit is required. It's not comparable to another company. Feels like they are a group that joined the platform with a few cars of their own, and the vehicle model and who delivers it are arranged ad hoc.
The vehicle was very basic overall, and the 3-cylinder engine vibrated significantly when starting. The pickup and drop-off locations did not have fixed offices or parking lots; they operated in an informal manner by delivering the car at the departure station entrance. There was no standardized process. When exchanging the car, I took a photo showing the fuel gauge was full, but later they claimed it was not and required extra refueling.
The car rental experience in Osaka was fantastic! From the moment I entered the store, the staff greeted me warmly. Even though my Japanese isn't fluent, they communicated with great patience, instantly easing my nervousness. The paperwork was handled quickly, and they gave a detailed introduction to the car's features, local road conditions, and unique sightseeing spots. The recommended off-the-beaten-path routes were stunning. The car was clean and in great condition when picked up. Returning the car was also straightforward, with a quick inspection and no extra charges. This store provided attentive, professional, and efficient service—highly recommended!

Did not provide ETC card however I specifically requested that.
