Zeer professioneel en klantvriendelijk. Alles ging vlot, auto was keurig schoon en ruim.

We konden de pick up locatie niet vinden. In de mail stond dat deze in terminal was. Dit klopte echter niet en na telefonisch contact met Alamo werden we naar de juiste plek geïnstrueerd.
They provided an unknown small car. I booked a Mercedes A-Class but surprisingly it was manual. This is quite an experience. Not only did I not get the car I booked, but they also gave me a very small one.
The car we were given was not the one we ordered, but it was close. Sadly this meant it was slightly smaller, which caused some difficulties, and there were dents on the car when we picked it up. Thankfully these were all known about and we were not charged. Pickup was fast and good and dropoff took no time whatsoever.
