All good, couldn’t be more satisfied.

Arrived at the desk with only one other person in queue and was served very quickly. The whole process took no more than 5 mins and I was offered a selection of about 10 SUV's to choose from! Because of a change of plans we needed to return the car to a different location at short notice and it was not a problem and no extra charges. The whole experience was very satisfactory.

After much research we found the cheapest deal on the internet for the car we wanted on our dates with Easyrentcars. We didn't use the price drop facility as the prices only increased after we booked. A very straightforward experience. I have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

The first staff member we dealt with was extremely unhelpful and was not interested in answering very simple questions about the insurance and made the start of the pick up process frustrating, particularly after a long flight. The manager on duty who we dealt with after being fobbed off by the first staff member was fantastic, answered our questions simply and helped us understand the difference between the insurance policies that we booked through Easyrentcars and Alamo - the two companies provide different levels of cover with different cover providers depending on what insurance you book.

The booking was easy enough to complete and gave me the options i would expect and wanted to see which was fantastic. The major drawback is that the Easyrentcars use separate insurance providers for different levels of cover. They used Alamo for a basic insurance package, but for additional levels of cover, use a separate provider for the additional cover. This was not very clear and made the pick up process unneccesarily frustrating.

Given choice of my group of car. Quick service by staff. Friendly staff

Was easy to use. Had a very large selection of vehicles. Took a long time to select because of the choice of vehicles.

Like: the first vehicle was horrible but when I finally called they took care of it immediately, with a much nicer and unexpected upgrade
Dislike: the first vehicle. bad Mitsubishi 35k mile plus and it ran bad and stinky

Like: Great service, you get what ypu paid for.
Dislike: Nothing
