“Good but difficult”

It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund. And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.

The car was given dirty that too after waiting for a long time and the counter staff didnt even apologise for the dirty car and the car not being ready.

The car shown on the picture was a sedan but i was given a hatchback. I asked for sedan too but was refused.

“No fuss rental - Great expericne”

Like: Efficient and friendly staff, great vehicle
Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
