The airline had delays for both outbound and inbound flights, which was really frustrating. Despite this, the staff patiently waited even late at night, and their response and handling were incredibly fast.
The mini program is terrible. The Yesaway WeChat mini program couldn't add my trip, and I had to contact them using the old-fashioned email method. Many Thai people in Chiang Mai speak Chinese, which is an advantage. However, the car was really bad—no rearview camera, no smart console, and the engine was very noisy.
Was a new car - taking/handing over were very smooth (though Yesaway has no counter at the airport. Just need to give a call, and staff came to receive us.
