The car rental company provided excellent service. I had reserved a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and that it was a labeling error on the QEEQ platform. However, they were willing to upgrade the vehicle's engine capacity, which made me very satisfied. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find—after picking up my luggage, it was on the left side of the lobby near Gate 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left of the exit, which was very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member approached to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple; after signing the form, I went to the rental desk in the airport lobby to hand over the form, signed another document, and I was done.

The inspection process was simple, and after signing a form, I went to the airport lobby to find the rental company. I handed them the paperwork and just signed another form to complete the process.
The car was in good condition and performs really well. Especially going on steep uphill roads. The Hybrid gave us lots of savings on fuel. That itself felt like an upgrade although it did come with some light scratches on the paintwork. Additional driver was added free of charge. Customer service is very friendly and always have a smile.

Renting a car through the platform is very convenient and hassle-free since it doesn't require a deposit. The car's condition was good, everything was great, and it was a relatively new car.
