whilst the counter staff were very good, car handover was very poor - the chap filled out the form identifying all of the existing damage to the car - switched the engine on then said "there you are" and walked off
When picking up the car, they didn't return my international driving permit and didn't inform me proactively. I realized this the next day and called customer service, but there was no response. I had to make another trip to the airport, and they didn't offer any apology.
Thank you Europcar! The service was great, and the receptionist Turkma was very friendly and efficient. What impressed me the most was that after returning the car, I forgot my watch in the trunk. I contacted the staff member Jeafer, and he kept it safe for me. The communication was very smooth. I am very grateful and highly recommend this rental company!
Cars need to be cleaned properly and FULLY fueled.
