Avis didn't have the type of car I requested but made up for it with a better car.

Auto brachte im Display nach 30km Fehlermeldung sodass ich am nächsten Tag das Auto wechseln musste. Sensor für Abstandradar und somit der Tempomat ausser Funktion.

“Excellent but around 30% more expensive than initial quote”

The car was excellent and met my needs and expectations. It was superb. However the taxes and extra costs for top insutance were not included in the initial price which was disappointing and unexpected. In UK such costs are included in initial booking.

Great service but please include all costs at the beginning and avoid surprises in the office at pick up - taxes, top insurance and etc
