Fue terrible recoger el auto me tocó tomar un taxi hasta el lugar me salió 40 dólares más . Nadie entrega el auto el auto la camara de retro no valía les dije que me.cambien de auto y no tenían otro más. Al regreso quería cambiar de auto para uno más grande tampoco lo tenían.
No responden rápido los mensajes . Pedí la ubicación del lugar para llegar y me mandaron por escrito en vez de ma dar directamente la ubicación. No tenían a nadie en el lugar. Es demasiado pedir 1000 mil dólares de depósito por si algo pasa y que va a ser devuelto después de 8 días de la entrega del auto. No recomiendo para nada está empresa AZ

AZ does not accept the Orlando Visitor Toll Pass, requiring an additional daily fee of $14.99 or pay-per-use for toll roads. In the end, the total cost is higher compared to major rental companies at the airport. The vehicle is old and lacks value for money.
At first you assigned me a security deposit of 1000 dollars which seemed very high to me because I had already paid for insurance against theft and collision car. During the check in process at AZ rent a car they helped me lower it to 500 which still seemed very high to me, but more reasonable than the first one.
No me mandaron foto del coche y cuando avisé que íbamos con retraso en el control de pasaportes, no me dijeron que llevaban el coche al aeropuerto. Con lo que no pude recoger el coche hasta el día siguiente.
Me costó 30 $ del aeropuerto a la oficina , 70$ de la oficina al hotel en South beach y 50$ del hotel al día siguiente a la oficina . Con lo que me costó 150$ y un día sin coche.
AZ Customer Service Team was helpful. My recommendation to AZ Rentals would be to ensure their vehicle's cigarette lighters are functioning properly, given they're used to power multiple small electronic devices, through adapters, including: Garmin GPS Devices, Multiple Cell Phones and MP3 Players.
