The pickup and drop-off services were good overall, but the car was old, had numerous scratches on the exterior, and the interior was not very clean with an unusual smell.
Overall service is mediocre. They change vehicles without notifying customers, the internal seats are quite dirty, and the cars are relatively old. The return process is very casual without a thorough inspection. To avoid disputes, I took photos and videos when picking up and returning the car.
The car pick-up process was quite fast. The entire floor in San Jose was filled with rental companies.
