As long as you bring the required documents and speak English, there are no issues. The shops in Phuket are small, so you cannot choose the car by yourself.
Fast service without any upselling. When returning the car, I purchased the store insurance, and the inspection process was minimal, completed in just a few minutes. However, the car was quite old, had an unpleasant smell, multiple scratches, and lacked a parking camera. It's the worst car condition I've encountered so far.
Overall satisfied. During the period, a tire blew out, causing significant delays. They couldn't replace the car promptly and insisted on fixing the tire. Even the tire replacement was delayed, and we waited a long time for the tow truck. Time is so precious during trips!
Pickup and return were fine, but the insurance staff was too slow in handling accidents.
