The pick-up address was incorrect, and the location found on Google Maps was not accurate. It was very difficult to get through on the phone, and when I finally did, the receptionist's English was not very good and was not clear. The process was quite slow, taking almost an hour to get the car. They also didn't mention that you need to call before returning the car. Overall, it was still a great value.
Although the model was different from what we initially confirmed, it was still in the same category. The car was in good condition and the service was quick. Thumbs up!
