The cigarette lighter in the originally booked Corolla was broken, making it impossible to charge the navigation device, which was unacceptable. They told me there was a tight supply of cars, and the only one available soon was a Yaris. Although the car was smaller, I couldn't get a refund for the price difference because it was booked through an agent. The price difference wasn't significant, so I accepted it. The car condition was okay, and as long as it's a large rental company, it's usually not a problem.
Excellent service. Besides having staff at the reception, there were also staff in the parking lot. Our car was parked in a difficult spot, and a lady from the staff helped us drive it out. Other than that, both the pickup and return process were very convenient. Highly recommended!

to Aug 18th. Great experience. No problems about this quite straight forward.
