There was a scratch that was already there when I picked up the car, but they insisted it was new when I returned it. I had a flight to catch so I didn't argue and paid 300 yuan. Additionally, the paperwork was supposed to be done right after getting our luggage and before leaving the airport. We couldn't find the place and had to ask the airport security to let us back in to complete the procedures.
Car was very clean, ran as good as you could ask for with an old-ish manual vehicle. Everything worked properly, and pricing is decent. Staff are fairly flexible with extensions and additional costs are not too heavy.
