It's been over two months and the deposit still hasn't been refunded. They've been stalling, saying the UnionPay card refund process is slow. I clearly used a dual-mark card through the Visa channel in USD. After endless back-and-forth with them and their customer service via email, it was truly a terrible car rental experience!
It’s a very bad and terrible experience with europcar, we have to wait almost 2 hrs for pick up car, the car also dirty, old with a poor maintenance, low tires pressure that make us doubt in your service quality and security.
Like: They provided a bigger and better car than what I had ordered - as Mirage was not available. Dislike: Audio in the car didn’t have a CD player - not a big issue.
