The Chinese assistant helped us with the pickup, which was very convenient and fast. We specifically chose a Camry, but when we got to the store, there were not many good options for the same category. We ended up with a basic Jeep. It looked fine from the outside and had a mileage of several thousand, but the acceleration was very slow. On American highways, speeds are generally above 100 km/h, and to keep up, we had to press the gas hard, which was exhausting.
There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental company, which is very convenient. There are multiple service counters at the car rental place, and the waiting time is short. The service is enthusiastic.
The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
First time to book through QEEQ. I am satisfied with the process except for the 2 separate payments, one for the service and one for the car renal company.
