However, there is often a long wait to complete rental formalities, typically around an hour. If you have a tight schedule, be sure to allocate enough time for car pickup. It's essential to print out your reservation confirmation from the Zuzuche website and bring it with you. The first time we rented, we had pre-booked and printed out the confirmation, making the rental process smooth, and we were only charged for the pre-booked full tank gas. The second time, we booked during our trip and couldn't print the reservation. We were forced to pay for 'Road Safety Assistance,' which was more expensive than the rental fee.
It was Black Friday, and I didn't have a reservation, so they upgraded me to a full-size SUV at no extra cost.
Due to language barriers, I was still convinced to buy some unnecessary insurance. Sigh!!!
