Overall service was okay. The only dissatisfaction was the vehicle arrangement. We were not given the specified model and got a very fuel-consuming one that we disliked.
The lady at the rental counter said they only had Pajero and not Prado, and she tried to upsell me full insurance. When I refused, she insisted they only had Pajero. After I agreed, she suddenly mentioned they also had Prado. The service was quite lacking.
Picking up the car was very convenient. There's a counter at the airport right next to the baggage claim, and there's a dedicated parking lot just outside the terminal.
Car pickup was quick. The introduction to traffic laws was very detailed, especially noting that my 21-year-old son couldn't drive the car I rented.
