Staff management needs improvement; the waiting time is too long. Even though I purchased full insurance from the platform, the rental company still insisted on buying additional insurance.
Very satisfied with the staff, but there were too many people in line and the wait time was a bit long. They replaced my car with a two-door Mercedes C220d coupe, which was awesome.
there is extra cost for my car pick up location which was not included in the prelim booking invoice amount, and with no explicit statement mentioning the above cost
