Excellent customer experience from the team at Apex. Very easy to complete pickup and drop off. Would highly recommend Apex and especially Ian who dealt with our hire with exceptional quality
After the long flight the staff made me feel welcomed and as some one who is very shy i felt at ease with them. Tea and coffee offered on arrival. Pick up was prompt and within 20 mins of my phone call. Car was clean and staff were in no rush showing me around the car answering any questions i had.
The staff members were courteous, cheerful and very helpful. Pick up and drop off was timely and efficient and the drivers were very professional in their work. Finally, the vehicle was clean and well presented and exceeded our expectations. This was our first experience with Apex and, given our experience, it will not be our last.
