The car rental service attitude was quite good. At pickup, I asked the staff to carefully document the unregistered scratches on the car. The return process was very quick.
The car had a minor issue; the diesel vehicle required AdBlue. When we encountered a problem during the trip, we handled it at a repair shop. After coordination between QEEQ and Europcar, they proactively refunded the repair cost and apologized after we returned the car.
The car was relatively old, and the temporary upgrade fee was quite expensive, almost double the original price.
