One of the Indian staff members did not seem very friendly. When I was picking up the car, I noticed a dent on the gas cap that was not listed on the inspection sheet. I asked him to come outside with me to check it, but he insisted it was impossible and refused to go. I then found another white colleague who came with me, and the Indian staff member even gave me a dirty look.

The car and the condition is good. But I was abit thrown off by the absurd penalties cos it’s extremely high and unreasonable.
And I also don’t like that the insurance add ons are presented last minute and pressured you to take the insurance by scaring you with the penalties
Ended up paying a huge amount to rent a Toyota Yaris for several hours. Appear to have been overcharged and still waiting to hear back from someone at carhood to let me know what’s going on. Really put a dampener on the whole day
Like: lovely staff, manners plus, and so polite, nice to see such young people with these attributes.
