Convenient for pick-up and drop-off. Although the phone for pick-up was always unreachable, when we arrived at the pick-up location, there was a rental car company vehicle waiting for us. It seemed to be dedicated to picking us up, and it left immediately once we showed the rental slip. It appears the company takes great care of each customer.
When we went to collect the vehicle, we had to pay for the Insurance, mathew was very helpful .
